Key Qualifications:
Ideally you have previous experience as a Process Technician or related role in plastic injection molding.
Proficiency in mold setup, machine troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Knowledge of scientific molding principles and techniques.
Familiarity with various resins and material handling.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Detail-oriented and quality-focused approach to work.
